Outsourced bookkeeping, payroll, tax strategy and fractional CFO services for Houston businesses.
What Houston businesses come to us for
Houston businesses that have outgrown a bookkeeper but cannot justify a full-time CFO at 250,000 dollars and up are the core of what we do. A fractional engagement gives you rolling cash flow forecasts, board-ready reporting and the financial modelling behind pricing and fundraising decisions, at the number of hours a month you actually need.

Common questions
What does a fractional CFO actually do?
Forward-looking work: twelve-month rolling cash flow forecasts, board preparation and presentation, unit economics and pricing analysis, and fundraising support including the model and the data room. It is distinct from bookkeeping, which records what happened, and from a controller, who makes sure that record is right.
When does a business need a CFO rather than a controller?
When the numbers are already reliable but you cannot answer questions like what happens if we hire five people, or what our actual margin is by product. If the books themselves are not trustworthy yet, that is a bookkeeping and controller problem and should be fixed first.
Do you work with Houston businesses in person?
We work remotely, which means you get senior people rather than whoever is geographically convenient. Meetings happen by video, including board presentations where that is useful.
Other areas we serve
