The Challenge
Managing multiple grants simultaneously created a risk of 'commingling funds.' They needed a system to track every dollar against specific grant budgets to ensure compliance, maintain 501(c)(3) status, and provide intelligible board reporting.

We assumed the role of 'Fractional Controller.' We implemented robust grant tracking, ensured perpetual audit & tax readiness, and transformed raw numbers into strategic board-level FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
